很多好想法,止步于脑海;很多真实困惑,也难以被研究和系统看见。 共创项目,是把这两端连起来的尝试: 让学术不只存在于书面,让心理支持不只停留在设想。

Many good ideas remain in papers and slides; many real struggles never reach research or systems. Co-created projects try to connect these worlds: letting scholarship live beyond journals, and psychological support go beyond slogans.

这里的共创可以是一个特定的团体、一套测评工具、一场干预计划、一个研究设想, 也可以是从小型试点开始,慢慢长成一条稳定的服务路径。

Co-creation here may mean a semester-long course, an assessment tool, a digital intervention, or a cross-cultural study – sometimes starting as a small pilot and growing into a stable programme.

你不需要一开始就把计划写成完美的方案书。 很多合作,都是从一句「我在想,要不要……」开始的。 无论是小规模试点一学期项目, 还是多地联合研究, 我们可以先一起把轮廓画出来,再慢慢加上细节。

You don’t need a polished proposal to begin. Many collaborations start with “I’ve been wondering if we could…”. Whether it’s a small pilot, a semester programme, or a multi-site study, we can sketch the outline first and fill in details together.

一起对焦:项目想回应的核心困惑是什么?适合用研究、课程、团体、数字工具 还是它们的组合?也会初步评估资源与可行性。

We clarify the core question and whether it fits best as research, curriculum, groups, digital tools, or a combination, and map resources and feasibility.

Co-draw a project roadmap

明确目标、对象、阶段、分工: 哪些由你们团队主导,哪些由我提供专业支持, 以及如何兼顾学术伦理与现实限制

We specify aims, target groups, phases, and roles: what your team leads, where I support, and how to balance rigour with constraints.

Start with a pilot, adjust as we go

通常会先做一个小规模试点, 收集参与者与团队的反馈,再决定是否放大或延伸到其他场域/地区。

We usually begin with a small pilot, gather feedback from participants and staff, and then decide whether and how to scale or extend.

Even if you only have a vague idea, a group you care about, or a question that won’t let you go, you’re welcome to reach out. Many of the most alive projects begin with “What if we tried…?”.
